Welcome to Chicago City North 2019/2020 Tryout Registration!
This short registration session will allow you to complete basic information and sign up for participation in Chicago City North tryout events for the 2019/2020 season. Following the completion of this registration, you will receive a confirmation of your entry via email.
During this registration you will be asked to complete a number of tasks:
1. Player Information* (player name, date of birth, parent/guardian details);
2. Player Profile (previous club name, playing position, school details);
3. Participant Waiver.
